FEE STRUCTURE
Our fee structure is based on 2 options, both of which comprise of the initial marketing process, procurement and placing of tenants.
Option 1 - Once Off

Rental Price per month x Lease Duration x Professional Fee
Example: RS000 x 6 months x 8% + VAT
Option 2 - Managed

Monthly - Rental Price per month x Professional Fee
Example: RS000 x 8% +VAT
The management fee will include the receipt of all income, and payments to all creditors on your behalf by ourselves. We provide a monthly management account statement to yourselves for this purpose.
